About The Condo

Our condo at Bahama Bay Resort is 1232 sq. ft., with 3 bedrooms/2 full baths located on the second floor of building #36, set amongst 70 lush acres on the south shore of Lake Davenport.  There is a set of stairs to access our second floor location. It has been recently renovated with ample space and is well appointed with all the conveniences of a home away from home. There is even a pool adjacent to the condo for those quick dips on a hot day. Condo amenities include air conditioning, televisions in each room, a fully appointed kitchen, 2 balconies, and an in-unit washer/dryer . Comfortable queen-sized beds are standard in the master bedroom and first guest bedroom, while the second guest bedroom features two single beds. Additional sleeping space is available via a sleeper-sofa that opens up in the living room.

With plenty of room to spread out, guests will love the spacious living/dining-room areas along with access to 2 screened-in balconies, each housing a table and chairs.  For added family convenience, there is even a highchair, stroller, portable play pen, along with toys and games for the little ones. Bahama Bay is a security gated resort.

The resort is located south of the Disney parks. Depending on which parks you visit, the condo is approximately a 20 to 40 minute drive away. Disney Magic Kingdom is 13.5 miles away. There are many other attractions in the area and you are approximately a 1 hour drive from the Atlantic and Gulf coast beaches.

Various grocery stores and restaurants are 2 to 3 miles away providing many shopping and dining options.
