I have always stayed in a hotel up until now, what is so different about a Condo?

Orlando hotels can be very expensive, for less than the price of one hotel room you can have use of our luxury Condo. Our Condo is superbly equipped to make your vacation unforgettable.

Do I need travel insurance?

As with all holidays / vacations we strongly advise you get full travel / medical insurance.

Are there any shops and restaurants close by?

Within a 2 minute drive there is a great selection for you to choose from:

	Splendid China (you can just go for a meal there and you do not have to pay to enter the park)
	Chinese restaurant and take away (with free delivery to the Condo)
	Japanese restaurant and take away (with free delivery to the Condo)
	TGI Friday
	Red Lobster
	Giordanos (Italian Restaurant)
	Outback Diner (fantastic steaks)
	Subway (delicious and fresh sandwiches)
	Dairy Queen (fabulous ice cream)
	Chemist / Pharmacy
	Bank (Sun trust ATM - Visa and Cirrus withdrawals accepted)

For hundreds more shops and restaurants highway 192 is only yards away.

Are there other attractions in the area besides Disney?

Yes. Downtown Orland has a beautiful art gallery, theater, and upscale local restaurants. Just a short drive to Emeril's or Wolfgang Puck Restaurants. Rent a bicycle for the day and ride the Orange Blossom Trail. Enjoying the sweet fragrance of the Orange Grove Orchards. Stop and enjoy lunch one of the many historic towns along the way. Spend a day shopping at the Millennium Mall with such fine stores as Neiman Marcus and Lord & Taylor. Visit one of the many beaches. At night enjoy Orlando's trendiest night club's.

Is there plenty to do for the children in the Condo?

A short walk away the clubhouse has pool tables, table tennis, arcade games and a play area with swings and slides.

Are all towels and linen included?

All towels and linen are provided, including a selection of beach towels for the pool area.

Do I have to pay for a BBQ, high chair or cot as at many other Condos?

Unlike many other Condos we provide all these free of charge.

Do you offer any late availability discounts / early booking discounts?

At certain times we do offer reduced rates, please enquire about your preferred dates to see if we can offer a preferred rate.

Are all the resort facilities included in the price?

All resort facilities are free to all guests at no extra charge.

Who looks after the Condo?

We employ a professional property management company, they look after the Condo and are also on hand to assist our guests. If there are any problems with the Condo, they are on call 24 hours a day.

Has the Condo got any safety features?

As the Condo is brand new it has all the safety features required by state law (and more). They include alarms on the pool doors and interior lighting in case of an emergency. A fire extinguisher is also supplied for your families safety. We also provide plastic cups, plates etc. to be used in the pool area.

Is there a shop on the resort?

Yes, there is a shop by the pool. It sells day to day items such as snacks and drinks.

Does the Condo have its own phone?

The Condo does have a phone and local calls are free. To make long distance calls you will need to give a credit card number to the local phone companies operator. Full instructions are in the Condo.

What deposit would I need to pay ?

The required deposit is $300 and the balance is due 10 weeks before your arrival.
